Bad points:
-Steering has some slack.

Here i am selling my ford maverick commercial i brought this on a whim as i needed a 4x4 quick to move my caravan out of the storage as the yard was closing now done its surplus to requirements.
Rite a bit about the old girl its a 2.7td so has plenty of power for what it is pulls very well drives spot on no nasty noises has the odd rattle and jingle like most 4x4s do in time. The body work is very straight but its got a bit of surface rust on the passengers wing paints just started to bubble livable but the drivers side wing has 2 holes they have been covered by the previous owner you could get away with removing the tape and putting a bit of body filler and a bit of white paint. thats it round the body the rest is in great condition for the year.
Since using the jeep it bottomed out on a mud mound the other night and its snappeed the exhaust just over the rear axel easy repair not even noticable no noisier the only way i found out it rattled on the body on start up.
before the next mot it will need a patch welding on the passengers seal but like the exhaust livable. all the litle niggley bits could be done in a couple of hours doesent affect the drive as its used every day.
inside in the back its had a third seat bolted in as the guy i got it of it was his every day car and he had kids so put in for that purpose but at the same time a coupl of bolts and out it comes.
think ive covered everything now but i may have missed something else of.

My partner ran the car for a year with no serious maintance needed, front and back pads was changed mid last year also at the same time new plates, the brake fluid was changed, brought new battery about april, the battery is held in place with a strap that requires a socket wrench to release. the bumper is not hit however is alittle to one side, the bumper clips have broken and the bumper was screwed on, this could be replaced as its the bumper clips that are broken not the car. Back window water does not spray, front works fine.

I have not owned this bike for long but have done about 2000 faultless miles on it.
I was told that the engine had just has a rebuild, which I can believe as it pulls like a train with no rattles or leaks.

I’m looking to exchange my 2003 4x4 twin cab ford ranger for a 4x4 single cab pickup. i have had the ranger for about 6 months using it daily for my fencing company but in this time i have realised that the bed isn’t big enough for me, so I need to either sell of exchange it.
The ranger runs really well the its only done 91k and it smooth through the gears the 4x4 works as it should there are a few knocks to the body work as you may expect but I’m happy to send pictures to people before the drive to see it.

It is finished in silver and still has it's happy sunflower!
It comes with an M.O.T until July and but the road tax has just run (this has been declared). The car is being looked after off-road though and is currently in Harpenden - Please feel free to phone for a look.
The cambelt has been replaced at around 70,000 miles.
The interior is great ,no rips or tears, and since it is not leather it has stood the test of time and looks like new. CD changer in boot, which holds 6 CD's, there is also a radio and a cassette player (should you still have some cassettes!)
Body work is in really good condition with but there are a few surface scratches that I have added, and a chip in the windscreen (though this has been filled by Autoglass).It has covered just 78,000 miles which is again really great for a car of this year. There a a few wee dents too on the drivers side (you can see in the pics.)
Full service history.Electric windows,electric mirrors,3 spoke steering wheel and decent size boot.It has a 2.0 litre engine.
As you would expect from a Volkswagen its very solid as has no nasty knocks or bangs - I have all the HPI checks too and a full service history due to some very diligent owners. (6 previous owners.)
I loved driving this car but now live in the city and no longer have a parking spot. She is a great car, and feels very spacious for a little run around. She drives perfectly and last year I replaced the battery after a cold snap so there is a further 3 years to be had from the new one. I am also throwing in my Sat Nav as I no longer will be needing it!
